The situation
Christine and the team from Fresh Lunch Fairy manage delivered canteen catering services to 26 schools that range in size from 126 to 800 students.
They offer a mix of hot and cold meal options, with each school offering students a meal service 1-2 times per week. This means Mondays and Tuesdays are relaxed; Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are very busy.
Fresh Lunch Fairy also runs ad-hoc special food days, like Pizza Days or footy Hot Dog days.
What they did
Fresh Lunch Fairy was looking for a simple ordering solution that aligned with the way their kitchen and production operations work.

"I really like that we get emailed the reports on a Friday or the Saturday. I can work out my ordering for the next week based on what we've sold the previous week."
