A library of helpful resources to let your community know that you're online with Flexischools

You know your school community best, and we are here to support you with the information and resources to help make your community’s experience with Flexischools easy. These resources are particularly helpful to include in orientation packs for new starters each year!
 
We have created an online library with all the information you need to help your school community get started with Flexischools. There’s text you can use in your school newsletter, as well as social media tiles, emails you can send parents, and printable flyers.
 
You can access all of this, at no additional cost, as part of your Flexischools service, from this page. 

How to use this page

This page acts as a library to easily announce and remind your community that your school is using Flexischools. Simply  click the "View" or "Download" buttons under each item to easily access the resources we have created for you.

You might like to bookmark this page in your internet browser, so you can find it easily when you need it.

Multilingual video tutorial

Use the Youtube video below to share with your parents to let them know how to sign up and use Flexischools for ordering.

The audio has been filmed in English, but can be easily translated to a range of languages using the following instructions. When sharing with your parents, be sure to include these instructions so they can translate the video into their language of choice.

How to translate to your language:
1. Open the video on Youtube
2. In the bottom right hand corner, click the "CC" subtitles/captions button.
3. Then click the "cog" settings button next to the captions button.
4. In settings, click "Subtitles/CC" > "Auto-translate", and select your language from the list.

Flyers

Click "Download" below to download the flyer to your device. Print this flyer to share with students, or upload as a PDF in your school's newsletter.
