You know your school community best, and we are here to support you with the information and resources to help make your community’s experience with Flexischools easy.
 
We have created an online library with all the information you need to help your school community get started with Flexischools. There’s text you can use in your school newsletter, as well as social media tiles, emails you can send parents, and printable flyers.
 
You can access all of this, at no cost, on this page as part of your Flexischools service.
 
We've organised everything into simple steps you can follow to successfully launch Flexischools at your school.

Step 1 - Announcement

Step 2 - Encourage parents to create a Flexischools account

Use the resources below to remind parents about setting up their Flexischools account, to allow for smooth ordering once your service is live.

Copy the text in the document and send it to parents via your school's communication method of choice to remind them to set up an account.

Make it special

Some schools like to kick things off with a special event like a student BBQ lunch on their first day of Flexischools. Having to pre-order or book in advance via Flexischools gives parents an extra reason to get an account set up before the go-live date.

Step 4 - Launch

Remember that when you launch, you will have a mix of parents – some who have set up a Flexischools account, and some who haven’t.

Use the Flexischools parent notification feature

Send a push notification to parents

Send a first-week announcement notification ‘Welcome to Flexischools’ via the Flexischools app so parents with an account, see that you’re using it.
